How it works
Think of The Papery Willow as your personal assistant. You have enough on your mind planning your wedding, the last thing you need to worry about is going from store to store, spending hours on the internet trying to find your perfect invitation. Well you are in luck, we come to you. Each project begins with a client consultation. From here we will talk about your colors, vision and theme. We usually start with 2-3 samples, and with your feedback, we can create the perfect one-of-a-kind item. Please allow 1-2 weeks for this process of creation, changes, and finalization of your design. We want it to be perfect!
A design deposit of $25.00 is required in order to secure the time needed to complete the project and create samples, this covers cost of supplies and time to create your samples, and for our out of state customers it helps with the shipping since we will ship all your samples. If you decide to go with us we will credit that $25.00 to your order. Once we’ve reached a final approval, a 50% deposit is required to begin production. Again, depending on the type of project – the complexity, quantities, availability of materials – production time can vary from 1-8 weeks. I will set your expectations for a delivery date to the best of my ability, and most often we deliver ahead of our estimated schedule.
We accept payment by check, credit card via pay pal. When paying by check, please make payable to The Papery Willow. Final payments are due at the time of delivery and one week prior to delivery if they are shipped out of state, which are also subject to shipping charges and state and local sales tax.
Due to the customized nature of our work, no refunds are offered once the final design is approved. However, if there is an error on our part, we will fix it. I look forward in helping you in your special day. Please fill out our consultation form and we will contact you.
